akali use ur Q then throw down ur twilight shroud,wait for ur Q cooldown then when it has cooled down use shadow dance,auto attack,q again auto attack shadow dance=win

but be carefull,if they have lee sin your twilight shroud will be useless,or if they have someone like jax/udyr ur fucked

E:for summoner spells i usualy use flash+ignite,so you can start tower diving after u finished with ur rylais.When they are low hp beside they turret ult in nuke them down and flash out of the turret range , just be carefull if the oppo can stun you might get fucked
