read rules and what i understood, fobje must spend (whole matchweek) with unplaying with any clan before he is allowed to play.. so that should mean he cant play this sunday.. unless Adacore uses his EC SUPERVISOR rights what i think is gonna happen, he ain't very known about beeing strict with rules, a shame. Infact I would really want to see another supervisor since the current one is already palying in polar too, which makes perfectly sense after all stuff happening there

fobje has spent a whole matchweek with us, check the clanbase account, a whole week by 1 hour actually, it is then upto the other team to agree if he can play or not, and they agreed. no problems.
full matchweek means (from Monday to Sunday) which is made that new players ain't allowed playing during next week. in this case in week 2. but i guess this was expected, pro clans have always unlimited way dealing with rules.. gl
According to the rules you should be banned, so be happy that the rules arent always followed.
