AFAIK no one is shoutcasting ETQW matches in europe so far. There are enemyteritorry.tv guys, but they are shoutcasting NA scene only.
i will prolly shoutcast when i'll have too much time (read winter holidays/summer holidays) we'll see if etqw will be still alive :D
