Frequently Asked Questions » IRC Message Forward
We're proud to have another feature available
Sysmsg forward to IRC (Sysmessages are the small notices that appear on your page on the top left from time to time)
This way you get an instant notification about events on this site that involve you: If you get a PM, if somebody replies to one of your comments, if somebody writes an admincomment in any match you were active in - that's just a few examples where you get sysmessages.
If you enable this feature you'll see all that directly and instantly in your irc client.
Just go to your profile settings and tick the 'IRC Sysmessages' box.
If you want the bot to open a query with you that's fine.
Otherwise just tick the "notice" option which will display the notifications inline in whatever window that's currently active.
Of course for this to work you need to link your qnet auth to your profile first.
When you've enabled them and saved your settings you'll see a test-button where you can instantly check if everything works.
