Perhaps you could add the amount of replays of a team watched (or even the amount of players watching that specific replay) to the total viewer count of a team so the ratings improve when a match is watched a lot but doesn't have as many _live_ viewers due to bad timing or another important game being played at the same time?

Perhaps some polaks will abuse idea like that? requesting over 9k replays to boost rating?

perhaps, but they can (and I think i've seen it happen already) do it aswell with the flooding ettv servers thing, and replays are linked to accounts so if some account requests a game more than 5 times in a short period of time I suppose a ban wouldn't be out of order - it could also be monitored the replay was actually watched for a minimal average amount of minutes or such.
