system is ok right now, most of games shouldn't even have 1 star

just don't like the small bug in it that sometimes gives us 2 stars games out of nowhere but meh. also some NC games shouldn't be 2 stars like e.g. anything from India or Ukraine

but at the moment it is automated, and it seems like it would have to be manually done if your system was implemented
