The guy who made the latest mapscripts (that came with the summercup configs) named the karsiah mapscript "Karsiah_te2.script", linux is case sensitive and the config asks for "karsiah_te2.script", so it can't load the config on that map.
The fix is easy, just rename it from Karsiah_te2.script to karsiah_te2.script
Ofcourse you have to reload the map and config after this, if your server is running on the map karsiah while updating :P
