Every sponsor has it's big dreams and aspirations of kicking off a major competitive team that steals the spotlight and forces their name to glory. UltimateQuest are no exception to this theory. While their most memorable sponsorship was the Reason.ET lineup, it was a short lived experience following "internal disputes". Parodia.uQ was born shortly after, giving birth to a new shining quality uQ.Gaming.

Parodia's activity threatened uQ into pulling out and following alternative means of mainline sponsorship. After pledging their belief into various teams, uQ met up with the likes of mycruz following their fantastic OpenCup success. While the lineup changed slightly, a new deal had been landed that would ensure a great future for both the lineup and the organisation.

However, on the eve of the ClanBase EuroCup XIII announcements, Ultimate Quest have tonight announced that they will no long support Enemy Territory as a business venture. uQ's Venom said "Well personally I don't feel the stability is there in ET anymore; constant roster changes not just by us but many other teams. Of course uQ will still support the community if there is a need but [we] will no longer be fielding an ET squad. Maybe when RTCW2 does come out I may look again."

Undoubtfully this puts the previous ET squad in a bit of a pickle. With no immediate home to run to, and probably a lack of a matchserver, what will happen to the guys presently representing uQ and fighting for a EuroCup spot?

Enter sanctus, boasting the same skill as the previous uQ lineup but with a sexy new face. sanctus' team captain Ati_ had this to say:

Well, after a few months playing under the name uQ.Gaming. The Multigaming clan decided to kick us because they didn't see any future in ET so they are closing the ET scene in uQ.Gaming. So we decided to make our own team called "sanctus", our current lineup is:

toxic : Adzz is an oldschool players, developed his name under reload and u96d, are there any reassurances of him remaining active in ET with sanctus?
Azatej : What he told us is that he wants to get back in ET again active and well

[flag=nl] Azatej : When we saw him playing again for the first time, he performed pretty well and he will probably get to the same skill or higher than he was before.
[flag=mt] toxic : Thats great news to hear, the uK team must be pulling their hair out atm asking themselves y wouldn't he become active about 1 or 2 months ago for the NC to play for them as the ex-141 players, arguably their best players all stopped playing or became inactive

[flag=mt] toxic : Will sanctus remain as active as before, playing from an unrealistic time of 5pm till midnight? or after the departure of razz, the time will become more realistic?
[flag=nl] Azatej : It will be more realistic cause we all have schoolwork to do ofc, on some days mize for example has soccer practise and we can take it easy, but the avarage time of palying will be around 19 to 23/24.
[flag=mt] toxic : How confident are you that this 6 man lineup will remain stable and active during the upcoming season? Do u feel u can be as idle with a 6 man lineup?
[flag=nl] Azatej : I am very confident about the 6 man lineup, if it works for idle why not for us.
[flag=mt] toxic : Who do u expect to be your greatest challenger for the EC title?
[flag=nl] Azatej : That's a hard one, ehhhhhhh no-one!
