With the opcoming Lanfinals, Call of Duty 2 gets much attention on it, right here we are going to start the gtv.org coverage for the running clanbase season.
Germany! Germany! Ger... Who?
Who is the question tonight, when we will see the german top clans Team-Speedlink and n!faculty fighting for the crown and the success in group A of this eurocup.
Result: Team-Speedlink 16 - 10 n!faculty
Both clan started very well in this season with one win in their first match. After Speedlink used their wildcard on tuesday, we are now ready to present you the match on this evening.
To make it much more intresting for you, i've caught the legend of Team-Speedlink, Trigger, to answer some questions in this small interview.
Hi Trigger, nice to get you for a small interview. At first, every CoD2 player knows you for your channel #cod2.wars and ofcours for your skill, introduce yourself again for the gaming community.
Hi my name is Michael Sowa, im 19 years old and living in Remagen. Apparently Im making a vocational education as merchan for office communications and playing in my spare time CoD2 for Team-Speedlink.
There are Lanfinals for the CoD2 EC again, i personally can say, this is something big and nice, which you can reach with a big community and some very admins working for the game. How important are those finals for you, your clan and for the game?
We allready played on the last EC LAN-Finals in CoD1 and it was an amazing event for us. We are glad that the GGL and the Eurocup Admins supporting CoD2 as much as it deservs. For us as Clan its another really good event on which we want to win as much as on the last Finals, if not maybe more.
What do you think about the support, CoD gets from its developers and publishers?
Well Activision isnt doing as much as they good, but for a WW2 Shooter i think its enough support yet. Also a big plus is the that Dreamhack just invited CoD2 as one of their Maingames, which no other CoD-Series-Game had yet. I hope Activion will do more in the future, but i doub it :/
You have one match played in the current EC. Is everything fine and running for you and your team?
We had some smaller Problems before the EC starting. We just kicked spaR out and now it seems all fine again. Our Teamspirit is on Top and with a 16-4 victory in Matchweek 1 we are good to go to make #1 in our group.
What is your prediction for tonights match? Speedlink has one official loss in his CoD2 career, and this was against faculty, what's your personal aim tonight?
I want to get them as hard as i can. The last match was a bit difficult to discribe, there were alot of problems and we didnt play as we should have. Still faculty is a good Team and it will be a close match, which we will win at the end.
Thanks for your time, good luck tonight and the last, important thing, any greetings on your list?
Greets out to everyone reading it - Wish us good luck!
But we won't forget faculty ofcourse, i've requested a small prediction of n!faculty's Plotsch.
I think we are pretty confident that we will give speedlink a good and hard match. And ofcourse we have prooven ourselfs in the past against them. This will be a very interesting match for everyone.
During the match, noone else than iTG's FlyingDJ will bring the hottest action right in your headsets. Find all details right [wl=541]here[/wl][/h] and in #speedlink-vs-faculty.
