Today is the day (9680 Views)

Today is the day when a new entry into the big fish pond of game sites appears. Were a little fish in a big pond, and the bigger fish circling around us with unrepentant big eyes, wondering when well get caught by the hungry sharks with their sharp teeth and indifferent hunger.
The little fish called GameWire will launch today, at 18:00 GMT (20:00 CEST). You may sit in front of your computer counting down to the launch, with a little help of the countdown on http://gamewire.eu, or simply do something useful and visit us at 18:00, whatever your heart desires.
GameWire consists of a small band of like-minded people from across the European continent, a cultural think-tank of gamers that firmly believe that creativity and hard-work are what make the best of videogames possible for you, the confused consumer, and that through our own dedication to filter through the dozens if not hundreds of videogames that come out each month, that can we highlight the true spirit of what is essentially an art form, no matter what Mr Poopy-Pants Roger Ebert said, although his wit is without a doubt unmatched.
Our work will hopefully never be forgotten, never be hidden, constantly striving to work hard for you, our loyal readers, and to write with unbiased cynicism at the handiwork of many wonderfully talented individuals, and hopefully not piss too many people off.
Our website has been thoroughly tested, but if you are in the unfortunate position of coming across a bug, or if you need any help, you are free to contact us at IRC: #gamewire.eu (quakenet) or send an email to info[at]gamewire.eu.
Hopefully you will like our website and I hope I will see you there!

EEEEEee, isnt 18 GMT 19cet? :)
Typo, thanks :)
not with daylight savings time. then its GMT+2
happy friendly gtv tells you the current time and offset of all major timezones when you click the timezone abreviation in the top black bar ^^
100 character minimum to post in the forum , do I really have to write hello 20 times just to say HI ?
Changed to 10 characters for message, 6 for title
We do this to ensure we have quality posts and not short messages only saying "Hi" or something.
