As of today, the North American Enemy Territory 3v3 and 6v6 ladders have been created!
The ladders will have their own configs which will be released shortly for teams to download. The 3v3 config is a mixture of the ETL 3v3 and STA 3v3 configs while the 6v6 config is exactly the same as the one that will be used for the North American All Stars Event, which also combines elements of the ETL and STA settings.
Here is a basic explanation for how to start playing in this ladder:
1. Click on the link above
2. The clan leader should click Team Signup at the top
3. Select the ladder you wish to participate in
4. Click Register team
5. Give the join password to your teammates so they can sign up.
6. Click on edit profile at the very top of the page
7. Scroll down to the Personal Info section, and enter your pbguid in the pbguid field
After a match, you have the choice of entering the result and letting the opponent confirm the result. If there is a dispute, the Media Upload option allows players to upload endround screenshots.
Rule on Europeans-
Inevitably, there will be some sneaky Europeans trying to play in this North American ladder and to try and ruin the purpose, so here is a rule from the STA league that will be imposed:
Foreign clans are welcome in the ladder as long as they adhere to league rules. All matches must be played on North American servers. Should there be any dispute over match time, the team with a larger percentage of North Americans will get first choice. No exceptions. In addition, it is understood that foreign players' pings on North American servers may be rather high, and they accept this as a consequence of participating in this ladder. Disputes with regard to ping imbalance from a foreign clan will in general be disregarded.
Start signing up and playing! :)
