Fragster.de did an extensive interview with Sebastian 'Spart1e' Siira, containing his thoughts about the eswc ESWC MoA, his new clan and everything else that is going on his Quake 3-life at the moment. Here comes the snippet:

Quote fragster.de: You already could be considered a good player, but you seemed lacked the edge to get to the top. What changed at Athens?

se Spart1e: I was just more motivated to do good. I was really concentrated on things that would make me play good; eat and sleep good, was just thinking of getting my own game working rather than watching other games.
